Primary Care Center Offices
The Department of Family Medicine's main clinical and administrative offices are located on the first floor of the Primary Care Center (PCC), right in the heart of the University of Virginia Medical Center complex. The Primary Care Center is adjacent to the new University Hospital and all walkways to other parts of the Medical Center run through it.
Our clinic is intended to function as an independent Family Practice office. In order to enhance this goal, the clinical and administrative areas are undergoing a complete renovation over the next two years. Exam rooms, clinic support areas, library, conference rooms, resident work areas, Behavioral Medicine clinic, etc. are being redesigned, reconfigured and renovated into a state-of-the-art unit that is both functionally efficient and aesthetically pleasing.
