This two-part series will include lunch and discussion with faculty, across all ranks, who have successfully made great change or are facing a major transition. Conversations may include discussion of track changes, time allocations, retirement, taking on leadership roles, or becoming a working parent. Session 1 will focus on challenges of preparing for and making change in our professional lives.
