The Office of Faculty Development is committed to the strengthening and ongoing improvement of resources and orientation opportunities for our new faculty. In order to fully assess the year's program, all new faculty are given the opportunity to evaluate the Orientation Programs at the conclusion of their first academic year. Additionally, program presenters and directors are available throughout the year for individual meetings with new faculty, to address any concerns or questions they may have outside of the Orientation Session setting, as well as to actively pursue feedback from the faculty.
In order to seek qualitative data from new faculty recruited during
the period June 1, 2003 to May 1, 2006, the 2005-06 New Faculty
