2006 New Faculty Orientation was held on Friday, September 8 from 8:30-4:30.
After a full morning of information and breakout sessions, participants were invited to join a faculty presenter during lunch for further Q&A and discussion about their area of expertise. Further details in the captions below.

During lunch the full group also engaged in an open discussion of problems and requests for orientation.

Following lunch, Mary Parrish led participants through the MBTI personality/ communication instrument.
     

 

 Small group work paired those with similar dispositions to identify their natural personality & communication styles.

Smiles all around as the NT group answers the preferences questionnaire.
