Leadership in Humanistic Medicine Series
NOTE: these courses can be taken individually.

This series of two-hour sessions assumes that humanism can be described, taught, instilled, and role modeled. Whatever we call it—illness narrative, mindful practice, patient centered practice, the “art of medicine,” “the healer’s art”—humanism will mean different things to different people.
Therefore, the course faculty do not expect to have the final word when teaching these subjects. They do expect participants to want to be leaders in humanistic medicine. |
