Who is eligible? Researchers who have made significant discoveries in the prevention, treatment, or curing of disease. 

The nomination packet: Nomination forms are available via the Alpert Prize web site. CV, with Bibliography, of the Nominee should be included with the nomination form. 

Recently Awarded Research: tumor angiogenesis; how Taxol kills cancer cells; purification, characterization, cloning, and mass-production of interferon alpha for hepatitis C; insight into the effects of vitamin A.
