Purpose: Recognize outstanding contributions to develop women leaders in academic medicine.

Who may nominate? Any AAMC constituent group or individual.

Who is eligible? Any member of the academic medical community, or a Women in Medicine Organization making substantial, innovative and far-reaching institutional and/or national contributions.
