Deadline: May 7, 2004
Purpose: Honors outstanding biomedical research related to health and disease.

Who may nominate? Anyone on the faculty or staff of a medical school, teaching hospital, or a member of an academic society.
Who is eligible? Nominee should have contributed to the substance of medicine; must be an individual who serves on the faculty of an AAMC member medical school or teaching hospital.

The nomination packet: 8 collated sets, include a statement of evidence in justification; the candidate's CV and bibliography; 2 letters of support; copies of no more than 5 key publications by the nominee.
