Existing Alltel customers:

3. Give the letters COV (Common Wealth of Virginia) as the organization.

New customers:
Receive free activation if you contact Caroline Cabell at caroline.cabell@alltel.com or 804-305-5024.  Discounts on phones and accessories are also available.  In store activations can not be refunded by Ms. Cabell.
