The Pancreatic Biliary Clinic at the Digestive Health Center of Excellence provides a team of expert endosocopists and a state-of-the-art digital imaging system for interventional endoscopy. ERCP can be combined with pancreatoscopy, cholangioscopy or percutaneous procedures, often using EUS (endoscopic ultrasound scope) to guide endoscopic and surgical approaches. Pancreatic stones can be treated with extracorporeal, mechanical or electro-hydraulic lithotripsy. We work closely with anesthesiologists and psychologists to treat painful conditions like chronic pancreatitis and unresectable cancer. Minimally invasive techniques are used for pancreatic pseudocysts, malignancies and strictures.
