Core Director: Steve M Cohn, M.D., Ph.D. The Molecular Biology/Gene Expression (MB/GE) Core provides expertise and training in a number of methodologies designed to evaluate and quantify gene expression in mouse and human gastrointestinal tissues. Investigators have the option of using specialized instrumentation and running assays themselves or having the assays performed by our experienced personnel. The Core also provides consultation on assay design as well as assisting investigators with data analysis and interpretation.
