This one-week traineeship is designed to provide state-of-the-art, evidence-based information, in a practical, “hands-on” setting. Our emphasis is on the adult patient who requires enteral and/or parenteral nutrition support in the acute care setting, but will include planning for the transition to home nutrition support. The ideal traineeship candidates will have a firm foundation in basic nutrition issues, and be receptive to an intensive training program that maximizes their learning opportunities.
