Traineeship Expectations

This one-week traineeship is designed to provide state-of-the-art, evidence-based information, in a practical, “hands-on” setting.  Our emphasis is on the adult patient who requires enteral and/or parenteral nutrition support in the acute care setting, but will include planning for the transition to home nutrition support.  The ideal traineeship candidates will have a firm foundation in basic nutrition issues, and be receptive to an intensive training program that maximizes their learning opportunities.

In order to provide a program that meets your particular needs, we need to know your current scope of practice, education, and work experiences.  With that information, along with your goals, strengths, and your own expectations, we can provide an optimal learning experience.
