How to Make An Appointment:
To make an appointment please call 434-243-4749 or have your doctor fax a referral to 434-243-4612. If you are making an appointment for a pediatric patient, please have your doctor fax a copy of your child's growth chart.
Insurance coverage varies. We recommend that you contact your insurance company to ask them about coverage for nutrition appointments. Many doctors offices can help you obtain prior authorizations for appointments.
If insurance does not cover the service, clients will be responsible for payment. When you make your appointment, please make sure and ask how much you will be required to pay. An initial 60 minute session is $84 and a 45 minute follow up is $63 and a 30 minute follow-up is $42. We do accept patients who are eligible for UVa's Patient Financial Assistance Program.
