Clinical Instructor and Lecturer in the areas of neonatal and pediatric nutrition support, immunonutrition, nutrition research methods and evaluation in the following programs: Dietetic Internship Program, Dept. of Pediatrics, and School of Nursing; Invited lecturer for above professional organizations.

Reasearch and publications in the areas of pediatric and neonatal nutrition support and pediatric and nutrition support clinical practice in a variety of publications (JADA, ASPEN Meeting Abstracts, J of Nutr) and book chapters.

Program Faculty

The program faculty for the supervised practice experience in the clinical area are registered dietitians, 65% of whom have Masters degrees. Additionally, the clinical staff has advanced training and experience in a variety of specialty areas including pediatrics, diabetes, transplant nutrition, renal nutrition and nutrition support. A number of staff members are Certified Nutrition Support Clinicians (CNSC) and Certified Diabetes Educators (CDE). Our staff members have years of experience not only in their areas of specialization but also in the education of dietetic practitioners.  

The program faculty also includes the administrative and management staff. Many of the managers have received specialized training in the Culinary Arts and in the use of the CBORD Menu Management System. Our management staff have extensive experience in both institutional and hotel/restaurant foodservice management.
