Becton Dickinson FACSCalibur Benchtop Analyzer
There are three FACSCalibur instruments in the FACS Core facility. One instrument has two lasers (488nm and 637nm) and is capable of up to four color analyses; one has two lasers (488nm and 637nm) and is capable of up to five color analyses; the other has three lasers (488nm, 637nm and 407nm) and is capable of up to five color analyses. These instruments can be run with a 96 well plate automated sample acquisition system.
