Sample Plan of Study for Postdoctoral Trainees
Based on Prior Course Completed &
Level of Development in Conduct of Research

Because postdoctoral coursework will be highly individualized, mentors and trainees will customize a plan of study. Two plans of study are outlined:

  1. the first plan includes more coursework than the average postdoctoral trainee may take (directly below).

  2. the other plan focuses less on the coursework, and more on the mentored research.

    Introduction to Biostatistics
    Fundamentals of Epidemiology
      Evidence-based CAM Practices/Products
      Foundations of Bioethics
