What a difference a year makes
As Club Red celebrates its first birthday, we want to hear from you what changes Club Red has inspired you to make in the last year. Whether it's trying new heart-healthy recipes, getting motivated to make fitness part of your daily routine or staying informed of all the latest study findings, we want to know how you have chosen to adopt a heart-healthy lifestyle.
While living well is its own reward, Club Red members who submit their story will also be entered in a drawing to win the red carpet treatment at a woman's basketball game during Heart Month in February. Four Club Red members will be selected to receive tickets for themselves and three of their friends to watch the UVA Women's Basketball team take on Florida State at John Paul Jones Arena on Sunday, February 10th from the Luxury Suite.
As an added bonus, all Club Red members can stop by Cav One just outside of John Paul Jones arena to warm up before the game!
