Interested applicants should apply to the Biomedical Sciences Graduate Programs at the University of Virginia (http://artsandsciences.virginia.edu/grad/admission/) and indicate on the application “Biomedical Sciences” as the “Department Applied To” and “Microbiology, Immunology and Infectious Disease” as the preferred “Area of Interest.” After submitting your application electronically, you will be prompted in an e-mail to list several areas of research foci.  Please select “Immunology” as one of your foci.
