The Program in Humanities also produces The Medical Center Hour, a weekly multidisciplinary conference founded in 1971 and open to the entire University community and the public. The Medical Center Hour explores current, often controversial topics in ethics, law, culture, public policy, religion and spirituality, science research, and the arts as these topics relate to health.
