Withdrawal of a Child Any family planning to withdraw their child from the Center must do so by completing a Change Form available at the front desk. The form must be completed and returned at least two weeks prior to the last scheduled date of attendance. Parents are obligated to continue payment of fees to meet this requirement regardless of child’s attendance. |
