Travel Warnings

Travel Alert: Students traveling abroad cannot receive any UVA monetary support or academic credit to travel to countries with state department travel warnings.

Where to check for travel warnings? http://travel.state.gov/travel/warnings.html

What to do if you are already in a country and a warning is issued? You will need to check with the local embassy and have them determine the safest time to leave the country and return home.
