PSYC 582: Stress, Emotion and the Brain

Stress can influence brain functions and mental health. The course will cover the biological mechanisms and current thinking about how early life and adulthood stress can influence later health, and contribute to affective disorders and other psychopathology.

Credits: 3

Prerequisites: PSYC 220 recommended

Enrollment Restrictions: 4th Psyc majors/minors, Cog-Sci, GSAS
