Culture and Education in Global Health
Open to graduate and undergraduate students from many disciplines such as anthropology, sociology, ethics/philosophy, international studies, nursing, health education.
This interdisciplinary course will explore the intersection of cultural and educational dimensions of global health problems and their solutions, with a particular focus on issues of globalization that frame the development of culturally relevant and sensitive educational initiatives to address international health problems.
