AlGlutamine LLC is bringing to market a variety of patented and patent-pending glutamine derivative products that overcome the inherent problems of free form glutamine.
In comparison to free form glutamine, AlGlutamine’s derivative glutamine products:
- can be cooked, pasteurized and sterilized
- are more stable
- are more soluble
- have a longer shelf-life
- are safer.
Furthermore, the Company has developed and patented a manufacturing process for its glutamine derivatives that is 20-fold less expensive than presently available as well as filed patents covering the biological synthesis of the glutamine derivatives and effects to improve drug absorption. Combined, these patents give the Company the ability to provide its partners with an exclusive world-wide supply of inexpensive glutamine derivatives as a stand-alone ingredient or as a component within human food products (e.g. bananas, carrots, etc.) or animal feed products.
