Source:  A gift from the Mr. William Goodwin Family of up to $750,000 per year for up to eight years to the U.Va. Cancer Center.

Eligibility:  Any member of U.Va. faculty is eligible to apply for these funds.

Purpose:  Support early phase therapeutic cancer clinical trials or research that directly leads to or analyzes the results of such clinical trials. 

Submission Date:  An RFA is issued in October/November with a submission date in January.  The intent is to have the trial open when the funding becomes available in July.  Biostatistical and research design support are available.
