Grief Support Group

Why?

Losing a loved one, friend or special person may bring up some different feelings. Grief is normal and that is why we are starting a Grief Support Group.

Loss can be a very painful experience especially during the Holidays.  Everyone deals with it in a different way and we are reaching out to those people who would like to join a Grief Support Group.

Support groups have four goals.

Participants will:

  1. Learn about grief
  2. Discover that others are feeling and going through similar experiences
  3. Receive some helpful advice
  4. Discover they can help others who are going through similar experiences
