Students will assemble an annual progress report at the conclusion of each calender year and submit it to the Graduate Advisor of the Biophysics program by 5 January each year following admission to candidacy. The report should contain a brief account of progress made during the past calender year and any meetings held with the student's research committee (include date of the meeting and the names of attending faculty). The student's mentor will also provide the program Graduate Advisor a brief evaluation by 10 January of each calender year after the student has been admitted to candidacy. The Graduate Program Committee will review these documents and meet briefly with each student annually by 20 January to review progress in the Biophysics program. These reports will be kept on file in the Graduate Programs Office. They serve several purposes including having information for training grant renewal. continue to information on Dissertation and Defense >>> |
