DNA and Protein Microarray Analysis
The Biomolecular Research Facility offers complete service and/or expert assistance for DNA and protein microarray analysis using commercially available microarray platforms other than Affymetrix. Our equipment includes ProScanArray scanner from PerkinElmer for scan of all slide format arrays, and ABI Prism® 7900HT Sequence Detection System for analysis of the plate format arrays.
The ProScanArray confocal microarray scanner from PerkinElmer integrate image acquisition and analysis for both genomic and proteomic applications through PerkinElmer's exclusive ProScanArray Express software. High sensitivity, flexibility and upgradeability make ProScanArray perfect solution for a broad specter of microarray research needs.
