Ann Mills has a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College, a masters of economics from London School of Economics, and an MBA from James Madison University.  She is an assistant professor in Medical Education and member of the core faculty at the Center for Biomedical Ethics. Ms. Mills is Director of Outreach Programs and Co-Director of the Program in Ethics and Policy in Healthcare Systems. 

Ms. Mills has written on the healthcare delivery system and is co-author of two books on healthcare organization ethics. In addition, she is the editor of a recently published book which explores the ACGME competencies on professionalism and system-based practice.
