Directions to the Center
FROM INTERSTATE 64: From Interstate 64, take Exit 118B, the exit will be marked "Washington Exit." This will put you on the 250/29 Bypass. Take the first exit off of the Bypass, you will see signs for "Hospital." Make a right at the end of the exit, you will be on Fontaine Avenue go through 2 stop lights (at the second stop light Fontaine will change to Jefferson Park Avenue (JPA). At the 3rd stop light, you will make a right. You will still be on JPA. Go to the second stop light (just after you go under the pedistrian crossover) - make a right at this light. Make the immediate left into the parking garage.
Directly across from the parking garage* is the Primary Care Center. Enter here and make a right. Follow the link until you come to a 4 way intersection. Continue straight (you will be following a narrow hallway, this hallway will open up shortly) until you see the Davis elevator on your right. The elevator is just past the cafeteria. Take this elevator to the 5th floor. When you exit the elevator make a right. The receptionist's office is at the end of the hallway.
From 29S: Follow 29S through Charlottesville. You will go approximately 10 miles. You will come to a stop light at a 4 way intersection, the Best Western Cavalier Inn will be on your right. Go straight through that stop light. Go through that stop light. Go through 3 stop lights. At the 3rd stop light you will make a right and then an immediate left into the parking garage.
