Congratulations to Barbara Madison, radiology residency coordinator, on being named Employee of the Month. What I loved about Barbara's nomination was that it was driven by the radiology residents. I have included some of their comments to show how much she means to them.

The Chief Resident stated, "She has worked tirelessly to restore order to our residency program, giving up countless hours of her time after work and on weekends. Barbara always takes the initiative to ensure that the radiology residents have the best experience possible while at UVA." Another resident went on to say," Simply put; Barbara is the keystone that holds our residency program together, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Without a question, she positively impacts the lives of each and every one of the radiology residents." In short, "Barbara is the sort of employee who makes UVA a special place to work," one nominator commented.
