Welcome to our first issue of The Beanstalk! We hope to keep everyone who has participated in our research up to date. We also want to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have helped us to find children with cerebral palsy, and for telling them about our study! This issue will give you a brief history about how we began and also what we have found out so far. We also will fill you in on what the future holds for NAGCPP. We hope you will look forward to our future issues and will read it to or with your child! Send us your ideas for our next issue. Thanks!
Vivienne Spauls, our Anthropometrist and Project Coordinator measured 75 of the 283 children in the study. She commented, almost every child was cooperative and a joy to be with. We remind you we are still evaluating and measuring more children! This is all preliminary data! The Beanstalk is a quarterly publication of NAGCPP. The views do not necessarily reflect those of the funding sources. Articles, resources and announcements are for information only. Contact Vivienne Spauls, Editor, with questions or comments. |
