Take a break from your busy day to de-stress and re-energize! Nia is a blend of 9 movement forms: Martial Arts (T'ai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido), Dance Arts (Jazz, Modern Dance, Duncan Dance), and Healing Arts (Yoga, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais). No experience necessary. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Wear some comfortable clothes. Nia is typically done barefoot, so shoes are optional.
