policy HR405 : Separation From Employment

Separation from employment with the University of Virginia Medical Center may occur as a result of resignation or termination (also see Medical Center Human Resources Policy No. 407 “Reduction In Force”). The purpose of this policy is to identify the processes that are necessary at the time an employee terminates employment with the Medical Center. This policy applies to all employees including Full-time, Flex, Part-time, Temporary and Pool Employees. This policy does not apply to Management employees.
