guideline 2.174 : Parenteral Prostacyclin Therapy in Adult Inpatients

To identify best practices and standards of care for adult inpatients either initiating or transitioning into the institution receiving parenteral prostacyclin therapy, which is: intravenous epoprostenol (Flolan® or Veletri®) and intravenous or subcutaneous treprostinil (Remodulin®). Errors in dosing or interruptions in therapy may lead to significant PH-related morbidity or mortality. [Contact Steven Dunn; PH attending / HF service]
