protocol 1.177 : Uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infection Protocol for Female Patients - Triage, Evaluation and Management by Telephone (Family Medicine at Primary Care Center)

The purpose of this protocol is to expedite the triage and management of uncomplicated urinary tract infection (UTI) in adult (≥18) pre-menopausal women. Uncomplicated UTI refers to acute cystitis or pyelonephritis in otherwise healthy pre-menopausal, non-pregnant, adult women without known urinary tract abnormalities. [Contact Chris Moubray]
