Modeling the Effect of Trajectory/Streaming Data on Survival Outcomes

In many studies we collect a large volume of data on an individual, such as monthly disease biomarkers over years or digital streams of data collected by devices. How do we use this information to model/predict when an event of interest is going to happen? This talk will present some of the challenges, and work towards solutions, of incorporating this information. Examples from studies in kidney disease, and neonatal resuscitation will be discussed.
